Description

The Blade i 8-12 series air compressors are the perfect solution for small and medium-sized companies and small craft businesses. Equipped with inverters, they ensure top energy savings thanks to the automatic adjustment of motor-compressor rotation speed, whereby the compressed air supplied by the system meets real-time requirements at all times. Versions Soundproofed E version with dryer: Particularly suitable for applications where dry, moisture-free air is of crucial importance for production. Soundproofed S version on receiver: version mounted on 270-l tank. It may be supplied with certification for AD 2000 pressurised receivers. Soundproofed SE version with dryer on receiver. Version with IE4 energy-efficiency motor. Energy Savings Equipped with high efficiency IE3 electric motors. The low rotation speed of the air end and the 1:1 direct coupling between the electric motor and the compressor ensure energy savings of more than 15% compared to other rotary compressors. Inverter When compressed air is required within 100% and 40% of flow rate values, the compressor rotation speed adjusts to maximum efficiency levels, with notably lower energy consumption in comparison with traditional inverter systems. Optimised Cooling System The electric fan with built-in inverter regulates the cooling air flow depending on the machine oil temperature. Simple, Economical Maintenance Maintenance is limited to changing the oil at scheduled intervals, cleaning or changing the air filter and cleaning the radiator. The absence of roller bearings contributes significantly to reducing maintenance costs. These standard maintenance costs are, however,
