Our Range of Air-Ends are sold to a multitude of Original Equipment Manufacturers, OEM, thanks to their rotary vane construction technology. The integrated design of the RVA, C and RVAC range allows multiple drives: electric, hydraulic, endothermic motors or through power take-off. Reliability and Efficiency Mattei rotary vane compressors ensure the best performance. In fact, thanks to the cast iron vanes, the efficiency is kept constant over time. The vanes turn slowly and slide without friction on a oil layer, for total reliability. Low Noise and Excellent Air Quality Mattei compressors are pure rotation, without noisy gears, for a great low-noise operation. They are characterised by multi-stage oil separation, to guarantee pure, quality compressed air. Extreme Operating Conditions Mattei compressors are able to operate in any weather or environmental condition while maintaining the same quality of the compressed air produced, reliability and operational safety. All components are made with an exclusive cast iron mixture that prevents problems related to differences in thermal expansion. They are also resistant to scratches and corrosion.
