Quartetto is Mattei’s programmable master controller, particularly suited for manufacturing processes requiring a large amount of variable compressed air over time or when avoiding machine downtime is paramount. It manages up to 4 air compressors at the same time, as long as they can be started and stopped remotely. Efficiency and Energy Savings Quartetto can efficiently manage line requests and workloads of every single compressor, thus reducing energy absorption. Different Operating Modes Hour balance: for compressed air systems formed by compressors with the same power, where the goal is using the machines alternately in order to ensure consistent wear; Priority: for systems where the installer/end user sets the intervention sequence for the compressors by assigning each one a progressive number; Smart: getting the best yield by optimising energy consumption, for a system that is always reactive to every change in the pressure system. Intuitive Data Display Quartetto is equipped with a LED LCD display clearly displaying the data and offering a choice of languages. It features a weekly planning function and may be set to send system anomaly reports by SMS and e-mail.
