Oversized parts in the input material, especially agricultural films, cause knot formations in sorting plants, thereby reducing the availability of the facilities due to increased cleaning work. The significantly increased availability enhances the overall throughput performance of the plant. OPERATIONAL DETAILS Our Oversized Removers use precisely controllable tines that specifically target films while allowing other voluminous components to pass through unhindered. These tines pick up the films, efficiently separating them from the rest of the material flow. This targeted separation isolates the films for further manual or mechanical sorting, thereby enhancing the quality of the recycling process.
