Mauting offers innovated equipment sterilizing knives and instruments used in meat processing. The main function of the equipment is to keep working liquid (water) in the set temperature above 80°C, which the instrument sterilization and killing of potential bacteria, virus and mould germs happens at.
•Knife sterilizer is characterized by compact dimensions with the very simple control.
•The whole equipment is dominated by a big thermometer for quick and easy check of water temperature and then the main switch with water level indicating light.
•After switch-on the water is heated to the pre-set temperature. In case of low water level the equipment is fitted with a protective circuit, which will not allow activation of the heating element, thereby the over-heating protection is secured.
•Thanks to its compact size the sterilizer can be placed on the wall by means of holders or on a working table with a stand, eventually it can stand separately with the help of stand-up support.
•The temperature of sterilization bath can be regulated by means of an integrated thermostat, the equipment is also fitted with the stainless steel float sensor.
