A true member of the OVJA family, the OVJA 1.6 ET (3WT) offers nearly unlimited single and double jersey combinations. That includes big hole designs and rib transfers, to name only a few. Highest precision enables Mayer & Cie. to produce cylinders with stitch guidance in-house.The transfer machines are equipped with these cylinders. Thanks to transfer needle and stitch guidance collaborating so closely, the OVJA 1.6 ET (3WT) easily combines double and single jersey structures. It takes just a few quick moves and an optional conversion kit to turn the OVJA 1.6 ET (3WT) into a full jacquard machine. Thereby, transfer systems become knitting systems increasing the machine‘s productivitiy by up to 50 percent. Converted into an OVJA 1.6 E, it knits an even bigger variety of structures, including spacer, needle plush and double face with and without lay-in yarn. Thanks to its flexibility, the OVJA 1.6 ET (3WT) finds a home in the production of outerwear,underwear, sportswear, homewear and footwear. • Proven and reliable electromagnetic single needle selection • Slider cam technology = fast change of fabric styles • Stitch guidance combined with transfer technology • Convertible to a full feeder electronic jacquard machine
