The laboratory refining machines WAFA 20 use an innovative system for the production of all kind of chocolate, chocolate compound and cream starting from the raw materials (sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter, hazelnut paste etc.).
The raw materials are manually charged into the charging hopper inside it small steel balls have the function to give the fineness to the product and a rotary blade stirrer mixes the various raw materials.
The product fineness degree changes according to the working time (which can be electronically or manually set).
The charging hopper has an interspace where warm or cold water circulates to heat or cool the product.
A pump and a manifold, placed under the charging hopper, allow the product recycling inside the hopper itself and, through a valve, to discharge product at works end.
