The refining machines WAFA 100 use an innovative system for the production of all kind of chocolate, chocolate compound and cream starting from the raw materials (sugar, cocoa, cocoa butter, hazelnut paste etc.). The product is charged (manually or through production fine conduits) into the charging hopper where a photocell controls the maximum level.
Inside the hopper steel balls have the function to give the fineness to the product and a rotating rotary blade mixes the various raw materials.
The product fineness degree changes according to the working time (which can be electronically or manually set).
The charging hopper has an interspace where warm or cold water circulates to heat or cool the product.
A pump and a manifold, placed under the charging hopper, allow the product recycling inside the hopper itself. Once the cycle is over the finished product is transferred, through a discharging valve for next uses.
Production capacity: Up to 100 kg/h with refining degree of 20-22 microns.
