The tried-and-tested MBO belt drive guarantees extremely smooth running and is virtually maintenance-free. Self-tensioning elements make checking and readjustment superfluous. Functionality is monitored via the machine control system. Low follow-up and operating costs make the MBO belt drive a particularly economical long-term solution. The sheet return device is available as an option for the mobile buckle plate folding units (folding unit III). It increases convenience for the operator by reducing the distance between the feeder and delivery by around 80%, thus enabling one-man operation even with buckle plate folding machines. This results in a higher effective output, lower personnel costs and significant space savings.
