The SBAP vertical stacker deliveries are ideal for long runs. Depending on the working width, up to four copies can be processed simultaneously. The folded signatures are positioned on the spine. Compared to stream deliveries, vertical stacker deliveries offer a significantly higher capacity. The SBAP vertical stacker delivery is available in three versions: SBAP46ME, SBAP72ME and SBAP82ME. All three versions are mobile and can be used quickly and flexibly wherever they are needed. Similarly convenient: the stacking table is infinitely height-adjustable and always offers the operator an ergonomic removal height, regardless of the height of the folding machine delivery. The pre-press and main press rollers make it easier to set down and further process the sheets. Another highlight is the integrated marking device, which enables the products to be offset in packs. This makes it much easier to remove and set down the products. Simple height adjustment from 380 mm to max. 950 mm. Simple adjustment of the press rollers by placing the respective paper and product thickness underneath. min. 30 m/min, max. 160 m/min
