The A80 is the ideal delivery for processing signatures. The sheets first pass through a pair of press rollers in the A80 and are then transported to the collection chute in single sheet or stream mode. The integrated jogging device produces accurate product stacks. These are then made available for removal in perfect quality and at a convenient height. The performance of the A80 is tailored to the production speed of high-end folding machines. If required, the A80 can be ideally supplemented with the CoBo-Stack mobile stacking robot, which can be used in place of the standard delivery table. This allows the potential of the entire production line to be optimally exploited. The pre-press and main press rollers make it easier to set down and further process the sheets. Another highlight is the integrated marking device, which enables the products to be offset in packs. This makes it much easier to remove and set down the products. Simple height adjustment from 380 mm to max. 950 mm. Simple adjustment of the press rollers by placing the respective paper and product thickness underneath. min. 30 m/min, max. 210 m/min
