The VT50 fold quality control is unique on the market. The VT50 is installed directly behind the folding machine. Two cameras measure the fold tolerances of the finished folded sheets. The tolerances can be set by the customer to suit the specific order. Misfolded or out-of-tolerance sheets are ejected at the exit of the VT50.
