Description
The DQC monitors the quality and production reliability of the folding machine. Folded products are measured three-dimensionally by cameras. Defective products are ejected and the ejection is recorded in a database.
The DQC can be easily set and monitored via the touchscreen of the M1 Control. In addition, the operator can take, visually check and archive samples using a deflector.
The DQC is mobile, can be used behind the last production module and can be combined with various deliveries. The DQC is easy to set up thanks to the intuitive HMI of the M1 Control. The set-up process of the cameras can be observed and monitored via the touchscreen.
