The core is mounted onto the machine hub using an adapter plate equipped with two clamps for secure locking. The turbine wheel is activated by compressed air delivered through a sleeve featuring a nozzle system. During the unbalance measurement process, oil is supplied at an appropriate temperature and pressure. The measurement outcome is presented as a vibration graph plotted against rotational speed. To facilitate analysis of this graph, the software accurately identifies the angular position of the unbalance. Balancing across the entire range of rotations enhances the lifespan of the turbocharger and mitigates the unwanted whistling effect.
