Brushless motors as their name implies have no brushes and so are zero maintenance. They have high starting torque, good speed regulation and offer excellent efficiency with a continuous torque of 0.062 to 0.2 Nm. They also offer excellent power density and quiet operation. We offer several levels of customisation from standard “options” such as shaft variations, output flange options (IEC, Nema), various cable lengths, brakes, encoders, paint finishes and terminal boxes to full bespoke solutions including the ability to incorporate other components of your drive chain. These motors can be assembled with all the gearboxes of Parvalux range, with hollow or plain shaft, offering output torques from 1.5 to 250Nm and a wide choice of ratios. We also offer controllers for these brushless motors, with 24VDC amplier, analog input for speed control, run/stop and reverse rotation, digital output can also indicate motor speed.
