The USB-1808 Series data acquisition (DAQ) devices provide 18-bit high-resolution, simultaneous analog inputs along with digital I/O and counter measurements. They feature synchronous I/O which provides the ability to read analog, digital, and counter inputs, and generate analog and digital outputs at the same time. OEM versions are available for embedded applications.
USB-1808 Series devices are high-performance, simultaneous-sampling DAQdevices. All devices provide synchronous and concurrent voltage I/O, waveformoutput, counter input, quadrature encoder input, timer output, and digital I/O.USB-1808X models offer synchronous I/O operations at rates up to 200 kS/s perchannel, while USB-1808 models offer the same features at rates up to 50 kS/sper channel.
Analog Input
USB-1808 Series devices provide eight,18-bit simultaneous-sampling analoginputs that are software-selectable perchannel for DIFF or SE mode.USB-1808X models support samplerates up to 200 kS/s per channel, whileUSB-1808 models support sample ratesup to 50 kS/s per channel. All devicessupport voltage ranges of ±10 V, ±5 V,0 V to 10 V, and 0 V to 5 V.
Channel-Gain Queue
Use the channel-gain queue feature toconfigure a list of channels and gainsfor each scan. Each channel can have adifferent gain setting, and the settingsare stored in a list that is written to localmemory on the device. The channel-gain queue list onUSB-1808 Series devices can contain upto eight unique channels that must belisted in increasing order.
