Motorised gate for pedestrian access control. The system consists of a pedestal or column, from the side of which extends a tubular barrier that closes off access and operates in only one direction, UNIDIRECTIONAL. The barrier normally remains closed and it opens when it receives an impulse from a remote pushbutton. Once access has taken place, it closes again through a timer action. Tubular form structure made from 1.5 mm thick AISI-304 or AISI-316 satin finish stainless steel plate, consisting of: Central tube housing the mechanism, the motor and electronic circuit. Part of the structure is removable for installation and maintenance tasks. Hinged panel made from 10 mm thick safety glass, transparent or smoked. It opens 90º providing totally obstacle free access through the passage. Floor fixed via a baseplate using screws and epoxy plugs. Depending on the floor type a fixing baseplate can be set into the floor. The electromechanical assembly consists of: motor, crown and worm gear speed reducer, greased for life.
