The system consists of a pedestal or column, from the side of which extends a tubular barrier that closes off access and operates in only one direction, i.e. UNIDIRECTIONAL. The barrier normally remains closed and it opens when it receives an impulse from a remote pushbutton. Once access has taken place, it closes again through a timer action. Bodywork in AISI-304 or AISI-316 1.5 mm thick stainless steel plate. Hinged panel, formed by a steel tubular frame that opens 90º and conceals itself within the unit, providing totally clear and obstacle-free access. Side panels with security locks for access to the system electronics and the floor fixing on the base. Removable hinged top cover for greater ease of installation and maintenance tasks, locked with a security key. Photocells system security and control. Removable panel for access to the mechanism. Signage pictograms can be fitted on the top cover or the front of the unit showing its operation (red cross and green arrow). Floor fixed using the base plate and screws with expansion plugs. The electromechanical assembly consists of: asynchronous motor, crown and worm gear speed reducer, greased for life. Control electronics for control of the motor, the operating system connection and accessories.
