Description

MEC designs and manufactures skip loader for lifting and carrying skip containers with hooks and chains system. This system with 2 rotating arms lifts the skips keeping them in horizontal position, reducing the material loss during the loading or unloading steps. The Skip Loader system allows you to use containers shorter than the roll on-off ones, and to load "stacked skips" models. Skip loaders capacity range: from 3 to 25 ton. Every skip loader can be ordered in the “SC” version, transportable by hooklift trucks. “SC” skiploaders are installed on roll on-off flatbeds and that means when the service is over you can leave them parked on the ground. Version with adjustable arm length is the most versatile of the series. Thanks to the rotating arms with hydraulic extension is possible to reach the skip loader also in difficult situations, for example far from the vehicle. The independent control of the arms allows you to adjust the balance of the loading. Thanks to the arms connecting shaft positioned below the platform is possible to fully use the space highness and load skips more capacious. Using the telescopic arms, allows you to go higher and load "stacked skips" in order to contain the number of transports and therefore reduce costs.
