System composed by a Fanuc robot, type R2000iC/165F; 6 axes with 165kg maximum payload and 2655mm maximum range. This innovative light robot series is characterized by slim wrist, stiff arm and minimum dimension. The axes high speed make this series extremely fast. Moreover, these robots boast excellent inertia and load capacity and all models might be used in a wide range application. A specific software Fanuc, located in the robot controller, permits to easily set up difficult cycles. R-J3 controller permits to use the same functions and planning methods with simplified menu and user guide.
