This model is particularly suggested for the installations where several positions for loading/unloading the empty/loaded pallets are foreseen. An automatic upper pressor for the loaded pallet is installed on board of the shuttle in case particularly unstable loaded pallets have to be handled (such as aerosol cans), this avoid the relevant falling during the handling phases. The shuttle can be totally surrounded by safety mesh panels or, as an alternative, could be installed in a free area and equipped with frontal rear and side PLS laser that garantees the maximum reliability and are in conformity with the safety EC norms in force. The rails are usually supplied with all the necessary indications on how to be flushed into the floor, in order to avoid any raised obstacles and assure a free passage for any moving vehicle used in the plant from the operator, such us fork lift truck and or transpallet.
