Panel encoder MRX25 with 25 pulses and push button are suitable for individual detent torques according to customer requirements The MRX25 represents a unique combination of 25 pulses and IP65 protection. The high quality of the range has been confirmed by our customers, who have subjected the encoders to extensive testing before incorporating them into their applications. The result of the tests was consistently the same: even after many hundreds of thousands of operations, the haptic characteristics, such as detent torque and shaft backlash, have changed only negligibly. The electrical values at the output of the sensor were exactly the same as on the first day. This makes the panel encoder the first choice when it comes to longevity and consistent quality. MEGATRON customizes the panel encoders on request. An individual product adaptation could be specific shaft geometry, custom detent torque or push button force, as well as special electrical connection variants. Detents / resolutions: There is one mechanical detent of 25 ppr. (25 audible and tactile "clicks") available. Detent torques: The MRX25 panel encoder offers two detent torques: 0.4 ±0.2 Ncm or 1.2 ±0.5 Ncm. Customised detent torques are available on request. Push button: The panel encoder has an integrated (or optionally none) push button. In the portfolio comparison, the travel path of the MRX25 push button is in the midfield. For applications requiring a longer travel, please refer to the MRT series, for short travel the MRB series. Design: Compact with 4 electrical connection options, up to IP65 on the shaft side.
