Description

High accuracy displacement sensor for hydraulic applications up to 250 bar with IP67 protection for 50 to 1000 mm strokes High accuracy due to excellent linearity For hydraulic applications up to 250 bar (peak 400 bar) With external cursor - sensor element encapsulated Mounting via internal or external flange Strokes from 50 mm to 1000 mm Long life (up to 100 million axis movements) The HEM16 series of displacement sensors uses a magnetic drag to mechanically detect linear movement. The design provides IP67 protection and is suitable for hydraulic applications up to 250 bar (400 bar peak). Depending on the application, two flange versions are available for easy mounting. To ensure high accuracy and long life, the potentiometric measuring principle is realized with a high resolution conductive plastic resistance element. As the potentiometric measuring principle provides absolute values and requires no electronic conversion, the position feedback signal is true power on without delay, temperature stable and robust against EMC influences.
