MTECH® ball screws are produced with the most advanced cold deformation technologies, in order to ensure the precision grade C7 and C5. Our ball screws are usually produced in standard rolled and hardened bars, with length between 3 metres and 6 metres. Available diameters start from 12mm up to 80mm, with pitch from 1mm to 50mm. MTECH® nuts are made with automated workstations, using special steel with casehardening treatment. We can supply the following series: Flanged (according to DIN 69051 regulation) or cylindrical, and they can have an internal ball return system (with deflecting system) or an external system with longer pitch (and with endcap system) which allows to reach higher speed and is quieter.
