SteriPure-P series PES pleated filter cartridge is made of double-layer imported asymmetric PES membrane. The double-layer filter membrane is specially designed so that the filter cartridge has reliable sterilization ability and can provide longer flux. The perfect combination of the pre-filter membrane and the final filter membrane makes SteriPure-P have more anti-pollution ability and longer service life than ordinary polyethersulfone pleated filter cartridge in most applications. SteriPure-P is manufactured and packaged in a 100,000 level cleanroom. This product undergoes 100% integrity testing before leaving the factory, and validation guide that meets regulatory requirements is available. Compatibility SteriPure-P filter cartridge is hot melt welded, and does not contain any adhesive or surfactant. The materials used in this product include polyethersulfone, polypropylene, and Silicone (or EPDM), which works in pH 1-14 environments for a long time and has very low precipitation. It is suitable for cell culture medium, buffer, disinfectant and other liquid filtration under different loads.
