PRE-TREATMENT SYSTEMS / AUTOMATIC SPRAY PRETREATMENT LINES One of the most important factors in determining the life of the paint in powder coating and liquid paint applications is the cleanliness of the applications surface. There are two methods can be used to do this in a professional sense. One of them is called as spray pre-treatment type surface cleaning and in this process the product to be painted is cleaned by spraying to the surface preparing chemical taken from the chemical tanks according to the order of the process of the product to be painted and the size of the product by means of the pressure nozzles. In the process of the spray surface cleaning, the part is hanged on the conveyor for once and taken down from the conveyor at the end of the painting process.
