PRETREATMENT SYSTEMS / DIPPING TYPE SURFACE PRETREATMENT One of the most important factors in determining the life of the paint in powder coating and liquid paint applications is the cleanliness of the applications surface. There are two methods can be used to do this in a professional sense. One of them is called as dipping type surface pre-treatment and in this process the product to be painted is cleaned by immersing into the chemical tanks according to the order of the process of the product to be painted and the size of the product. Generally, cleaning with the dipping method is used in surface preparations of the long parts. The painting process is continues by transferring the products to the painting conveyor after the surface cleaning and drying.
