Description

AUTOMATIC COMPACT TYPE SURFACE PRETREATMENT SYSTEMS The cleaning process takes place in three stages in the surface pre-treatment machine. The First Stage: The cleansing chemical is sprayed compressively on the materials turning on the drum by means of pump and nozzles. After the first washing step, should be waited for a while in order to allow flowing the chemicals on the washed parts the by stopping the washing process. Wash and drip time can be adjusted. After the dropping process has finished the air operated cover of the cleaning tank is closed and the rinsing pomp works and the rinsing process is carried out again by means of nozzles. The cleaning process ends with the expiration of the rinsing. After cleaning, the fan and resistances on the cabin step in and start the drying operation. During the drying operation, the air absorbed form the inside of the cabin by means of fan is heated by passing through the resistances and pressed in again; this process continues until the set time. At the end of the time the air operated cover is opened and the operation is completed. It is a surface preparation system that can be used in low-capacity works and in small areas.
