INFRARED LIQUID PAINTING DRYING OVENS / Box type Liquid Painting Ovens
The box type furnaces which are used for painting the liquid painted parts with very long drying time are preferred because of the following advantages:
Drying the paint in short time. Due to the presence of the heaters and product in the same environment, drying is economic.
Because there is no additional burner unit, chimney is not needed for the evacuation of combustion gases. Since the inside of the oven is made of stainless steel completely, it is easy to clean the oven .
The heating is not carried out only with the infrared system; if there is some regions on the product in the oven where the infrared beam can not be accessed the hot air created in the oven is circulated with the help of a fan.
