INFARED LIQUID PAINTING OVENS / Conveyor Type Liquid Paint Drying Ovens
The infrared heaters which can be used in drying the liquid paint completely perform the baking process efficiently and in a short time and provide place and energy saving.
The infrared heater produces a molecular motion in paint and surface coating without heating the whole mass and the air in all the products needed to heat. In this friction-based heating, whole of the product in which the paint is desired to paste does not get hot, but heating is achieved from its metal surface to depth of the mass depending only on thermal conductivity coefficient of the product.
The infrared heaters do not need heating the air and also do not need the air for heat conduction as in conventional systems. They heat the surface directly where the application is made and the paint or coating applied in the surface. For this reason, heating is carried out in a shorter heating area.
Advantages
- There will not be heat losses originated from heat conveying by the conveyor chain because the conveyor line will not pass through the furnace in the paint applications.
- Gas-type infrared heaters produces heat as a result of exothermic reaction, therefore the opened flame burning does not occur on the surface and it can be used with confidence in burnable and flammable environments.
- Because there is no naked flame, will not be risen harmful gas emulsions; and therefore the heating process is carried out without damaging the environment.
- Since the paint drying process is carried out in less time it can be installed in smaller spaces compared to the conventional furnaces.
