The Tregor PPR model incorporates all the features of the Tregor moulder. DESCRIPTION •The TREGOR PPR model has all the functions of the TREGOR moulder. •The TREGOR PPR is equipped with the exclusive MERAND PPR system (Progressive Pre-lamination system). •Contrary to the basic version of TREGOR, on this one, the pre-lamination roll will automatically adjust according to the settings selected by the operator. •This allows to provide good pre-lamination even for small dough pieces, such as baguettes, ficelles, flutes or small breads.
