PTFE smooth pipe - Teflon Welding Pipe. Manufacture of PTFE pipe, Supply of all types of hoses and teflon pipes in thin walls up to 2mm., With internal diameters from 0.25mm to 25mm. The main properties of tubes made with fluoropolymer resins, specifically PTFE, are their excellent chemical resistance, thermal resistance (-70ºC +260ºC), biocompatibility, extremely smooth surface with very low coefficient of friction, good electrical insulator, fireproof material, and the very anti-adherence of PTFE. These properties of the PTFE pipe make them one of the most versatile tubes and with the most possibilities of uses, existing in the market. PFA pipes, in addition to thermal and corrosion resistance, have the property of being very transparent, which makes them ideal for applications such as level indicators in aggressive chemicals, etc. FEP tubes have the particularity of being thermo-weldable with other fluoropolymers, but have lower thermal resistance (maximum of +204ºC). We can supply this type of PTFE fine pipe from 0.25mm to 25mm inside diameter. Our PTFE hoses with outer metal reinforcement, aramid and polyamide can be supplied in complete rolls or as custom-made parts with racoradas terminations. On request we can supply PTFE, PFA and FEP tubes coloured to measure. We have a wide range of sizes in permanent stock of PTFE fine tubing and PTFE hoses. In the PTFE coarrugado tubes, the corrugated design allows them a very low radius of curvature and make them one of the most versatile tubes in its application existing in the market. PTFE, FEP or PFA corrugated pipe is available in standard thickness from 8mm (5/16") to 100mm (4").
