Device for the mechanical Reel-Off of aluminium spools up to 40 kg Intergrated into a steel plate housing: - Mounting spindle motor driven - Adjustable spindle for spool mounting - Spool rolling aid to help mounting - Control mechanism for controlling Reel-Off speed - Light sensor for wire end recognition - Adjustable heating for drying wires - Inner cabin illumination The inside of the reel off cabin is protected from dust through an intergrated rubber seal. The device controls, controls for the spindle drive motors and the control instructions are mounted outside on the front of the housing.
