Shell and tube heat exchanger Polytube®

The Polytube® series is manufactured by Mersen, and is a graphite tube heat exchanger that has an internal production of graphite tubes, which is available in tubes including XBS and G30-00-220. It also has a high exchange area of up to 1000 m², which has large size dimensions with 1000 tubes. The tubes are available in wide variety of sizes including 25/16, 32/22, 37/25 and 51/35, which has a shell diameter of 10 to 82 inches. There are 6-meter tubes without a join to assure a greater resistance to breakage, which has an optional fiber carbon reinforced tubes.
