Alignment system

The Video Camera can be used either as an alignment tool or to monitor the cutting process. The image is conveniently displayed on the colour screen of the Global ControlPlus. The monitoring of the cutting process is especially useful for monitoring the process on machines that are very wide and/or long, allowing the operator to get a "birds-eye" view of the cutting process without leaving the operator panel. It simplifies setup, reduces cycle time and eliminates scrap, increasing cutting productivity. • Use to align the part program to the same angle as the plate cross-hair. • Simplifies setup. • Reduces cycle times and eliminates scrap. • This camera is used when there is no Auto Plate Alignment.
