Created for a company specialized in the production of presses and complete lines for the sector of wood panels, automotive, aeronautics, and recycling that has activated collaborations with research institutes and industrial partners in synergy with the composite commercial division, and has promoted the development of "light construction". In the plant dedicated to the production of OSB panels in Russia, with a daily production capacity of 700 m³, the company has set up two automatic vertical strapping machines, indispensable tools for the correct handling of the finished product. The elaborated solution foresees that the strapping heads - during the feeding of the strap - can perform a compensating movement that allows to distribute the tension equally on all the angles, to attain a perfectly stable packaging.
