Description

ODM series automatic vertical balancing machines are are equipped with automatic drilling unit and designed for automatic unbalance measurement and correction of various disc shaped rotors such as brake drum, flywheel, pulley, dynamic damper and pressure plate etc. These balancing machines can be used as stand alone with manual loading and unloading by a operator or can be used in an automatic balancing machine line together with robot/conveyor system for serial production. In both applications, clamping, unbalance measurement, positioning and unbalance correction of the rotors are performed automatically. Depending on the rotor, unbalance correction can be done with both vertical and or or automatic drilling unit.
