Constructed of nickel over copper metalized fabric with acrylic conductive adhesive, this high-quality tape design provides excellent shielding effectiveness while offering superior abrasion and corrosion resistance. Tapes are an economical shielding solution for a wide variety of commercial applications, and roll forms provide a low impedance connection between a braided cable shield and the metal connector backshell in molded cables. An effective shielded assembly can be achieved without soldering tape to the braid or backshell.
