This system provides refuge against corrosion for joints connected using flange or projecting rim. They can be used while the process is on or employed with that joint permanently. It gives security to whole surface of joint with cleanliness and security to the facilities. The material used for protecting inner and outer surface is microcrystalline wax which is harmless, inflammable, water-proof and eco-friendly. A zinc tape of 0,08mm width and a high-density polyethylene cap seal locks studs and nuts. All these combined feature provides perfect foil to stop corrosion. Used in industries like Petrochemical and Gas Plants, Refineries etc.
