High performance defrosting The exclusive D-ICER defrosting technology, for Multistage Defrosting of whole-muscle or ground meat products, combines total control of the thermal cycles of heating and cooling, the vacuum phases and all movements of the meat, with very fast and uniform final cooling, guaranteeing the obtainment of defrosted raw material of top quality (highly recommended for injection processes) and optimal food safety, which greatly improves the Chain of Value of said process. D-ICER Technology provides the meat processor with a significant reduction in defrosting times, less required floor space, options for modular growth, as well as improved defrosting yields, resulting in very attractive Returns on Investment (from 6 to 10 months depending on the number of cycles/day). System Fully electric drive system and technological simplicity of all components for maximum operability and minimum maintenance. Adjustable drum speed between 0.7 and 6 r.p.m. On-line control of the meat maturation temperature. Equipped with automatic heating / cooling control unit. Automatic vacuum level control. Optional loading with feed belt. Inner walls mirror polished for better sanitation. Its unique system of maximum tilting of the drum facilitates quick unloading, indispensable for obtaining products with no foam. Programmable massaging and tilting cycles for each type of product with complete control of all process parameters and assisted maintenance.
