"METART-S04" is a hybrid woven architectural wire mesh fabric crafted from stainless steel wire and high-end silver-plated copper wire coated with a light-medium robin egg blue hue, famously known as Tiffany Blue. This color is closely associated with Tiffany & Co., the iconic New York City jewelry company founded by Charles Tiffany and John Young in 1837. In "METART-S04," the warp wire is a 0.2mm decorative silver-plated alloy wire in the stylish and beautiful Tiffany Blue, while the weft wire is made of 0.12mm stainless steel, exhibiting a silver hue. This flexible and soft artistic woven wire fabric is produced using our advanced CNC loom, which allows for the creation of intricate woven patterns. The Tiffany Blue Coated wires are woven artistically and irregularly over several stainless steel wires at a time, resulting in varying sizes of openings that enhance the fabric's aesthetic appeal. The combination of these two materials, each with its distinct color, creates a rich metallic texture while also providing a silky appearance. This balance between the two materials ensures that "METART-S04" has a visually striking and sophisticated look. Wire Distribution Details The wire distribution of the "METART-S04" architectural mesh fabric is crafted using two different materials: Tiffany Blue Wire: With a diameter of 0.2mm, these wires are arranged at a density of 40 pieces per inch (25.4mm), adding a striking visual element to the soft, decorative fabric. Stainless Steel Wire: The 0.12mm stainless steel wires are woven at a density of 46 pieces per inch, providing strength and a complementary silver hue that contrasts with the Tiffany Blue wires.
