The compact TFFS is a bagging machine with a tubular film roll from Metral. The machine has 1400 bags/hr mechanical speed, 1200 bags/hr production speed, 10-80 liters bag volume, 350-750 mm length of full bag, 295-450 mm gusset bag width, 365-650 bag width w/o gussets, 210/250 mm minimum distance between gussets, 1500 mm maximum roll diameter, 80-220 microns film thickness, 130 liters compressed air consumption at 6 bar/cycle, 16-23 kW installed power and 2-3 tons machine weight in accordance with the configuration.
