The Pallet-Less range is designed to shrink-wrap loads arranged such that the bags are arranged at the bottom in a way which allows you to insert the forks of the forklift and transport the load in the same manner as a pallet. This system doesn't use pallets, and thus avoids all logistic problems related to pallets. Additionally, the shrink wrapping method increases the level of protection of the goods. This allows storage of pallets in the open air with high product preservation. For instance, cement ageing is slowed by two months minimum with this method. Finally, the total cost of this method (both energy and plastic wraps included) comes to less than 50% of the costs of classic wooden pallets.
