Description

pH Sensor InLab® designed for solid and semi-solid food samples. pH Sensor InLab® Solids Go-ISM - Gass-body and fixed cable - Spear shaped tip designed for easy piercing of solids and semisolids samples like meat, cheese, fruits and vegetables. - IP67 for a water-proof measurement in wet and demanding environments. - Thanks to the solid XEROLYT® reference electrolyte, no membrane junction is needed preventing clogging. - Integrated temperature probe guarantees measurement with the right temperature compensation. pH Sensor InLab® Solids Pro-ISM - Low maintenance - Spear-shaped sensor tip for easy piercing of solid and semi-solid samples such as meat, cheese, ready meals, fruit and vegetables. - The clog-free open junction eliminates the risk of protein fouling and problems with the immiscibility of the reference electrolyte and sample. - Suitable for samples with high protein content such as cheese, meat or seafood. - Thanks to the solid XEROLYT® EXTRA polymer reference system, there is no need to refill the electrolyte. - The integrated temperature probe guarantees measurement with the correct temperature compensation, especially at elevated or low temperatures in food production. - The pH sensing membrane is robust and resistant to breakage when inserting the sensor to measure solid food samples such as fruit. Both models feature ISM® - Intelligent Sensor Management The calibration data and sensor ID are stored in the sensor and transferred automatically to the meter. Perfect for fast, safe results.
