Due to the slide sealing it is possible to have both large spaces between nozzles and short nozzle lengths. The slide seal hot runner nozzle is installed in the nozzle retainer plate and lies flat on it. The sealing is carried out by exact height adjustment in the mould and is applied on the metal surfaces between the nozzle and the hot runner. REDUCED LOSS OF TEMPERATURE AND MORE APPLICATIONS The melt channel geometry and innovative heating technology enable the processing of almost all types of plastic. Even engineering plastics with extremely high processing temperatures can be processed with the new smartFILL. VARIABLE GATE ASSEMBLIES The different gate types offer the suitable selection for the respective requirements of the injection moulded part and the mould design. The position of the gate vestige remains constant so that it is easy to switch between types if necessary.
