D05 Semi Automatic Stapling Machine SGR 6/A 20-42/80/AUT with 6 heads. Stapling Alu-Sheets onto Plastic Parts. Fastening aluminium heat shield sheets onto plastic supports. An aluminium sheet is being set into a provided empty space of an assembling table and the plastic supporting piece will be put on top. By means of a pneumatic two-hand valve the stapling of 6 stapling heads A 20-42/80 will be released and both parts are fastened together with 6 staples. When stapling is completed the work-piece can be removed and stored in a container below. Output: 2 seconds/unit and 6 staples = 5-7 units /minute (depending on handling, • 6 pneumatic Stapling Heads A 20 – 42/80. • 5000 stainless steel coiled staples / coil. • Reloading one head within 1 minute. • Frame with protective doors. • Safety glazing. • Assembling table to receive work-piece. • Equipped with 20 l pressure tank to compensate pressure oscillations. • Pneumatic maintenance unit.
