C11 Semiautomatic Stapling Device with 3 Stapling Heads B 36 Stapling Carton Lids into a Cardboard Tube The cardboard material is pre-assembled before stapling. The cardboard lid is inserted into the lid holder between the clamping plate and anvil. Then the box is pushed over the lid between the two guiding rods and the two box stops. When the two pneumatic mushroom buttons are pressed - two-hand release – the 3 stapling heads applicate up to 3 coiled staples simultaneously. After releasing the two mushroom buttons, the stapling heads return to their starting position. The cardboard tube with the attached lid can now be removed. The box width is adjustable from 140 to 240 mm. •3 stapling heads heads > B 36 -70. •2 left and 1 right versions. •Two-hand release. •Can be switched off individually. •Up to 3 simultaneous stapling operations. •Loading capacity 5000 staples on the roll. •Reloading time less than a minute/roll. •Frame with protective function. •Stapling anvil and centering bracket. •Anvil / working height approx. 900 mm. •Box sizes to be processed: L up to about 3000; B 140 (240); Height 110 mm
