Volumetric dosing machine mod. “MF-DN-80” with belt dosing system, for products with average smoothness (sands, soils, fibres, shavings, flakes, pellets, etc.). • Dosing belt with 2-ply PVC mat or in abrasion-proof rubber (depending on the nature of the product) with asynchronous motor (brushless optional) and gearbox; speed management via inverter. Full or caged rollers and supports. • Lateral containment flaps. • Electro-mechanic layer height adjustment shutter, with position managed by the weighing electronics. The shutter positions itself automatically at the layer height corresponding to the work program selected. • Encoder for control of dosing belt advancement, complete with electronic equipment for storing the various work programs.
