The EASY UNROAL P motorized unwinder allows automatic unwinding of cables stored in coils and reels up to 400mm in diameter and up to a maximum of 35kg. A system of slotted pins allows you to unwind the coils, while using only the central shaft you can unwind cables stored on reels. EASY UNROAL P has been designed to be used in line with automatic wire stripping machines and crimping stripping machines when you need to have the unipolar cable free of the bends due to storage on small coils or reels. This peculiarity is made possible by the management of the speed of the drawing rollers, of the rotating shaft where the material is stored and of the pressure of the pulleys through the compression of two springs. A sensor placed at the end of the two metal columns, with moving moving parts inside them, allows the START / STOP of the motors once the use of the material is requested.
