With pressure blasting the blast media is pressurised with air in a pressure tank closed with a cone and forced through the blast hose. As a result, exit speeds of up to 240 m/s at the nozzle are achieved. This blasting process is outstanding for the blasting of large surfaces, for the removal of paint and heavy soiling, such as for extruder screw cleaning, and for the compacting of components (shot peening), such as in aviation technology. In order to determine the correct blasting process, our consultants would be glad to set up a meeting at your company.
